Effective from 6 July 2026Welcome to Twistin Tots. By booking or attending a class, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to help ensure our classes are enjoyable, safe and fair for everyone.
1. About Twistin Tots
Twistin Tots provides music, movement and imaginative play classes for children aged 0–5 years, accompanied by a responsible adult.
2. Bookings
All bookings are made through Happity.
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and you receive a booking confirmation from Happity.
Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking through Happity.
Prices are shown at the time of booking and may vary depending on the type of ticket purchased, such as single sessions, term bookings or sibling tickets.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know as soon as possible.
Unless otherwise stated, bookings are non-refundable.
Where possible, we may offer a transfer to another session at our discretion, subject to availability. Transfers cannot be guaranteed.
If Twistin Tots needs to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative class, credit or refund where appropriate.
5. Missed Classes
We cannot offer refunds for missed classes due to illness, holidays or other personal circumstances.
If you think you may miss a class, please contact us and we will do our best to help where possible.
6. Illness
Please do not attend if you or your child has:
A contagious illness
Vomiting or diarrhoea within the previous 48 hours
A high temperature or is otherwise unwell
This helps us protect all families attending our classes.
7. Supervision
Children remain the responsibility of their parent, carer or accompanying adult at all times.
Adults must stay with their child throughout the session, including during stay-and-play.
8. Safety
We take reasonable steps to provide a safe environment for everyone attending our classes.
Parents and carers should ensure children use equipment appropriately and follow any instructions given during the session.
Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions or additional needs that may affect your child's participation.
9. Personal Belongings
Personal belongings are brought to classes at your own risk.
Twistin Tots accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal items.
10. Changes to Classes
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to class content, venues, times or instructors where necessary.
Where significant changes are required, we will make every effort to notify booked families as soon as possible.
11. Behaviour
We are committed to providing a welcoming, friendly and inclusive environment.
We reserve the right to refuse attendance or ask individuals to leave if their behaviour is abusive, threatening or puts others at risk.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twistin Tots shall not be liable for any indirect loss or damage arising from attendance at our classes.
13. Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
